What it is
KeyTray Clock is the time clock app for employees of companies that run KeyTray. HR links a phone with a one-time code, and from then on one big button says CLOCK IN or CLOCK OUT. Every punch goes straight into KeyTray: attendance, punches under review, payroll and accounting — no spreadsheets in between.
The company defines its work sites and their radius; the phone checks the geofence even without signal. With the employee's consent, each punch is confirmed with a quick face check and a head-turn liveness test. Face recognition runs on the phone: what is stored is a numeric template, not the face image.
