KeyTray Assets
Every computer of the company: what it has, who uses it and whether it is protected.
What it is
KeyTray Assets installs a small agent on each PC that reports its hardware and its health to KeyTray: processor, memory, disks, Windows version, serial numbers, antivirus and disk encryption. Each computer gets its own fingerprint, so KeyTray knows which machine is which even if it is renamed.
In KeyTray each equipment is assigned to an employee and a location, with its warranty, licenses and history. Alerts warn when a PC stops reporting or loses its antivirus or its backup — and only the company's authorized PCs can open KeyTray.
