This policy covers the website softcontrolusa.com. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, which prevails for that app:
KeyTray customer data is processed on behalf of each customer company under its agreement with SoftControl.
2. What we collect on this website
Only what you send us through the contact form: first and last name, email, and optionally phone, company, subject and message. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies on this website.
Your browser stores your language choice (localStorage) so the site opens in the right language next time. It never leaves your device.
3. How we use it
To answer your request. The form is delivered to our team by email through our own API and Microsoft 365. We do not sell or rent your data and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Spam protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy; we receive only a pass/fail token.
5. Retention
We keep contact messages while needed to follow up on your request and for our ordinary business records. Ask us and we will delete them.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to the address below.
7. Changes
We will publish any change on this page with a new date.
