* "Unlimited customization" means changes can be made to any part of the system — from accounting rules and tax configurations to any functional area or workflow — or entirely new features and modules can be added. This includes modifications to any KeyTray version included in the subscription. Each Black plan subscription includes 45 hours of programming per calendar month. Hours are consumed in the month they are allocated and do not roll over to subsequent months. Additional hours beyond the monthly allocation are available at the standard development rate. All other plans (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) may request system modifications; these are evaluated individually and billed separately after a formal quote and written approval.
