Who we are
SoftControl is a software company based in Sunrise, Florida. Our main product is KeyTray, a management platform that brings accounting, human resources, customers and operations together in one system, with editions for different industries — from freight forwarding and insurance to retail, manufacturing and home medical equipment.
Around KeyTray we build the services our customers ask for: an employee time clock, file storage, backup, a remote desktop, a camera wall, a phone system and a secure way to reach customs portals. And with NextTalk we took what we learned about privacy and reliability to people: a messenger that does not ask for your phone number and an assistant that does not let you forget.
What we believe
That a company should be able to see its own numbers at any time, in its own currency and under its own country rules. That personal data belongs to the person. And that software is better when the people who write it also run it and answer for it.

KeyTray is ours from the database to the screen: we can adapt it to a country or an industry without waiting for a vendor.

Two-factor sign-in, signed access tickets, encryption in transit and, where it matters, end-to-end encryption.
Local everywhere
Each company works with its country's chart of accounts, taxes and currency, in English or Spanish.

Many KeyTray features started as a customer request. We still work that way.
